This home was built in 1982, and while it had experienced some updates through the years, we could see the potential it had to become an open-concept, cozy home. Welcome to our fixer-upper. Here is the initial house tour -- pre-move-in.

We've done so much work since these pictures were taken that it was fun for me to go through and see the "before's" again. A LOT of demo, a lot of sweat, blood and quite possibly some tears. Stay tuned for demo pictures. The dumpster was hauled away this morning, so we're officially declaring demolition D-O-N-E. Good thing, because we're exhausted.
